Assessment method

We assess learning outcomes through role-play exercises and/or multiple-choice questionnaires or quizzes during and/or at the end of the sessions. Observations and feedback from the consultant are also provided during the role-play exercises.

Méthodes

Learning how to coach effectively and rediscover the skills of selling and the core skills of coaching are also an ideal way to help people discover their full potential by developing their skills and increasing confidence to enhance performance.
