WHAT IS A 3 STAR COOKING SESSION ?
Through a “Cuisine” workshop, a team led to collaborate in a company gathers around the head of the Ecole du Ritz Escoffier.
The said team will have to make a meal in a given time with functions distributed to each. They will be in action learning.
SOME SURPRISING SITUATIONS LEAD PARTICIPANTS TO IMPROVISE AND DEVELOP THEIR CREATIVITY.
Not lasting more than one day, this training is intended for people who have to live in a context of intense change as a team, and who have to adapt to it.
In this type of exercise, the realistic dimension of the team context in change is a plus. Through a fun and intense activity, participants confront their reactions, as well as those of others. They thus develop, through active teaching, a real capacity to live change as a team and to adapt effectively to it.
