Coaching is an individual support practice, set up through a series of face to face or remote talks / sessions, based on your specific demands. Coaching consists in developing : our self conscience, our decision making, our skills and our well being. The set goal is to enhance our performance and our results, and to provoke real, significative and sustainable change. Coaching encourages and supports change in the way we think and behave.

The role of the coach is to help you release the handbrake and to regain control of the automatic steering.

CERTIFICATION

Certified coaches

We apply a demanding framework, according to IFC (International Coaching Federation) standards. We are certified IFC members.

  • The content of exchange between coach and coachee is confidential
  • Complete coach-specific training that meets ICF’s standards
  • Demonstrate appropriate understanding and mastery of the ICF definition of coaching. Coach of Ethics and Core Competencies
  • Coaching is subject to a contract, in which information is given on elements of approach, assigned objectives and material organisation

OUR OFFER

Individual or Team Coaching

We practice individual and team coaching. We assist employees, executives, managers, emerging leaders, high potentiels, entrepreneurs… We offer different formulas in regard to your objectives :

Flash coaching

One or two Flash coaching sessions will help you visualise your context from different angles, define possible scenarios and explore actions that fit your situation. This is particularly useful when you are confronted to a complex situation or a difficult decision to make and need a wider perspective. These Flash coaching sessions are held face to face, by video-conference or by phone.

SOS Coaching

For people with very specific needs…and very little time. These coaching sessions are short and powerful interventions and simplify complex issues; these (approximately 30 minutes) interactive learning sessions focus on a single core skill or technique that can be immediately applied in your personal or working life. SOS coaching sessions are held face to face, by video-conference or by phone.

Horse Coaching (CHE)

CHE (Horse, Man and Enterprise) is combined with the powerful AEC DISC / Ensize DISC method. The AEC DISC © method enables the evaluation of behavioural preferences and personal motivations.

Together with the horse, we explore the universe of non-verbal communication, an indispensable tool in our overall communication.

A horse helps to foster a radical awareness of our rational preferences. The DISC method fosters cognitive awareness. The association of these two dimensions guarantees a powerful and sustainable foothold and constitutes the starting point of a dynamic change. « CHE » helps to truly get to know oneself and to better understand our surrounding environment. The relationship between man and horse and the ensuing analysis makes that Horse Coaching (CHE) combined with the DISC method offers a unique complementarity. In a fun and innovating way it highlights the strong points and the areas of improvement of each participant.

One to one Coaching

One single session
We can set up a horse coaching session at the beginning or at the end of your tailored coaching programme, in order to bring the issues into clearer focus and to identify the areas where progress is needed.

Team coaching

As part of trainings, team coaching or team building seminars, we can integrate a day around the horse. Here, we alternate theory, collective reflection and simulations with horses.
We boost this seminar with a powerful personal development tool (AEC DISC or ENSIZE DISC).

We regularly organise half-day professional/personal development workshops using Horse Coaching. Popular themes are self confidence, communication skills and emotional intelligence.
